In the early 2000s, a slasher movie survivor named Cassie Hack and her monstrous partner Vlad took their bloody road show from the pages of Image Comics to a dedicated series with Cross Cult. Running 14 issues from 2007 to 2016, this horror-comedy saga followed the duo as they hunted down supernatural serial killers, blending gory action with dark humor. Writer/artist Tim Seeley defined the series' scrappy, cult-classic identity, making it a standout for fans of indie horror comics who wanted their monsters with a side of heart.
