Hårek julehefte

From 1981 to 2020, Hjemmet and later Egmont published 40 annual Hårek julehefte issues, a Norwegian Christmas comic anthology built around the beloved Viking strip originally created by Dik Browne. While Browne himself contributed writing and art, the series was sustained over decades by Norwegian talents like writer Gard Espeland and artist Knut Eide, alongside Chris Browne’s later artistic work.
