About the series
From 2004 to 2008, Polish publisher Waneko brought Tohru Fujisawa's legendary delinquent-turned-teacher saga to readers in a 23-issue comic series. Following the irreverent, motorcycle-riding ex-gang member Eikichi Onizuka as he takes on a classroom of troubled students, this series became a defining shonen comedy-drama of the late '90s and early 2000s.
