Groupe Tel-Aviv is a single-issue comic from French publisher Emmanuel Proust, launched in 1999. Created by a team of Israeli and French artists, this series offers a snapshot of the Tel Aviv art scene at the turn of the millennium, blending local culture with European bande dessinée sensibilities.
