Glamour International

A stylish and sharply satirical series from the early 1980s, Glamour International ran for 17 issues and skewered the fashion and celebrity industries through its own publisher. Published by the eponymous Glamour International, the comic is most associated with writer and artist John K. Snyder III, whose distinctive, elegant artwork gave the series its sleek, cynical edge. Though short-lived, it remains a cult artifact for its prescient, insider's takedown of the very glamour it sold.
