Gingerdead Man

From 2016, Action Lab Comics published this three-issue series written by Brockton McKinney and illustrated by Sergio Rios. The comic follows the murderous, baked-again Gingerdead Man, a horror-comedy character brought back for more chaotic, cookie-crumbling carnage. It's a short, sweet (and deadly) addition to the publisher's lineup of offbeat genre titles.
