Ghost Ship

A surreal, blackly comic horror anthology from Slave Labor Graphics, Ghost Ship launched in 1996 and ran for three issues. Most closely associated with writer/artist Jon Lewis, the series presents a shifting cast of characters trapped in a decaying, otherworldly vessel, blending deadpan humor with grotesque, existential dread. Though brief, it stands as a cult oddity of the 1990s alternative comics scene, showcasing Lewis's distinctive, ink-heavy style and his taste for the absurdly macabre.
