Funny Book

From 2005 to 2006, Fantagraphics released Funny Book, a short-lived but characteristically offbeat two-issue series that gathered the talents of Gilbert Hernandez, Jaime Hernandez, and Johnny Ryan. Each creator contributed their own distinct, often irreverent short stories, blending the Hernandez brothers' nuanced character work with Ryan's aggressively absurd humor.
