Frogman
Horwitz · 1957–1958 · 11 issues
About the series
In the late 1950s, the Australian publisher Horwitz launched Frogman, a short-lived 11-issue series that dove into underwater adventure fiction. Illustrated primarily by Maurice Bramley and Lorence Bjorklund, the comic followed the exploits of a frogman protagonist through perilous oceanic missions. Though brief, the series stands as a niche example of Cold War-era pulp-inspired comics from the Australian market.
