Frisco Kid

From 1972 onward, Semic published nine issues of Frisco Kid, a Western comic largely written by Rod Reed and illustrated by José Luis Salinas. The series follows a young gunslinger navigating the classic tropes of the Old West, with Salinas’s clean, dynamic artwork giving the strip a distinctive European comic flair. Though brief, the run stands as a notable collaboration between American and Argentine talent, capturing a unique cross-cultural take on the genre.
