Freggels

From 1986 to the present, the Dutch publisher Juniorpress released four issues of Freggels, a comic series written primarily by Stan Kay and illustrated by Marie Severin. Though brief in its initial run, the series stands out for pairing Severin’s lively, expressive art with Kay’s storytelling, offering a unique glimpse into a lesser-known corner of 1980s European comics.
