Fondation Babel

A single, standalone graphic novel from the French publisher Vertige Graphic, Fondation Babel (1998) was written by Jérôme Félix and drawn by Stéphane Perger. The story explores the construction of a monumental tower that becomes a microcosm of society, examining themes of ambition, labor, and the human cost of grand projects. Though only one issue, it stands as a notable example of late-1990s European graphic storytelling.
