In 1993, the German independent publisher INCOS e.V. launched Falk, a single-issue comic that stands as a self-contained entry in their catalog. Though brief in its run, it represents the small-press, creator-driven spirit of the era, offering a snapshot of the alternative comics scene in Germany at the time.
