In 2022–2023, Panini Brasil published Estado Futuro: Gotham, a three-issue miniseries that reimagines Batman’s world in a possible future. The story, anchored by Brazilian creative talent, explores a Gotham City transformed by time and circumstance, with familiar icons and locations reshaped by a new status quo. As a compact, self-contained vision, it offers a distinctive international take on the Dark Knight’s legacy, standing out for its bold, localized approach to DC’s mythos.
