Escape to the Stars

Over five issues from 1983 to 1985, Visionary Graphics' Escape to the Stars paired writer Philip Hwang with writer-artist James Lyle for a compact, creator-driven sci-fi saga. The series follows a small group of refugees fleeing a dying Earth, their journey outward becoming a meditation on survival and hope in the vast unknown.
