Enchanted Valley

A gentle, pastoral fantasy series from Blackthorne Publishing, Enchanted Valley debuted in 1987 and has continued intermittently since. Spanning just two issues, it was most often written by Cliff MacGillivray and Robin Greenway, with artist Ken Hooper bringing the idyllic woodland setting to life. A quiet, understated entry in the late-80s independent comics landscape, it offers a respite from superheroics with its focus on nature and simple wonder.
