Eloy

In the early 1980s, Dutch publisher Mondria released Eloy, a two-issue comic series centered on a medieval knight’s epic quest. The series is primarily the work of Spanish artist and writer Antonio Hernández Palacios, known for his detailed, historically grounded art, alongside Dutch contributors Kees Beentjes and Paulien Joustra. Though brief, Eloy stands as a notable European collaboration, showcasing Palacios’s signature blend of gritty realism and heroic fantasy.
