ElfQuest Special

In 1998–1999, Carlsen Comics in Germany released two special issues of ElfQuest, bridging the original epic with the then-current Kings of the Broken Wheel storyline. The issues feature the collaborative writing of series creators Richard and Wendy Pini alongside German translator Joachim Kaps, with Wendy Pini providing the art. These specials offer a compact, German-language entry point into the beloved fantasy saga of the Wolfriders, showcasing the Pini’s signature blend of tribal adventure and emotional depth.
