Elende Helden

In 2009, Edition 52 launched Elende Helden, a German-language comic series written by Baru, Pierre Pelot, and Uwe Löhmann, with Baru also providing the artwork. This single-issue story presents a gritty, character-driven narrative that explores the struggles of ordinary people pushed to their limits, showcasing Baru's distinctive, expressive linework and his talent for social realism.
