Elementals

Bill Willingham and Jack Herman scripted this 26-issue Comico series, which ran from 1989 to 1993, following a team of superpowered beings whose origins intertwined with the classical elements. With art by Mike Leeke, Craig Brasfield, and Tony Akins, the title explored a darker, more grounded take on superheroics, predating Willingham's later acclaimed work. It remains a cult favorite for its moody, character-driven storytelling and distinctive visual style.
