Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri, the acclaimed Italian artist-writer, launched this science-fantasy saga for Schreiber & Leser in 2001. It follows the adventures of Druuna, a sensuous heroine navigating a lush, perilous alien world, rendered in Serpieri’s signature hyper-detailed, painterly style. Though only a single issue, it expands the erotic-ecologic universe of his longer Druuna series, showcasing his singular vision of primal landscapes and human form.
