Steven Appleby’s Dragman (2021–present, Schaltzeit) is a singular, satirical superhero comic that follows a man who gains superhuman powers only when he dresses in women’s clothing. Written and drawn entirely by Appleby, the series blends sharp social commentary with a deeply personal, absurdist take on identity and heroism.
