Draculina Photo Comics

From 1997 to the present, Draculina Publishing's Draculina Photo Comics blended horror and adult fantasy across four issues, using real photographs instead of traditional comic art. Most frequently written by cult filmmaker Jess Franco alongside Kevin Collins, the series centered on the vampire temptress Draculina in a lurid, cinematic style. Its use of photography gave it a distinctive, almost exploitation-film feel within the indie comics landscape of the late '90s and beyond.
