About the series
From 2008 onward, Hjemmet / Egmont published just two issues of Donald Duck & Co minibok, a compact comic series that delivered classic Disney fun in a pocket-sized format. The stories drew heavily on the legendary Italian team of writer Guido Martina and artist Giovan Battista Carpi, with Norwegian writer Nina Svendsrud also contributing. This short-lived series offered a neat, accessible way to enjoy the polished, adventurous style of the best Donald Duck comics from the European tradition.
