Die Kitty Die

A gleefully twisted horror-comedy from Astro Comix, Die Kitty Die launched in 2015 as a four-issue miniseries. The book follows its titular starlet, a scream queen in a world of monsters, as she repeatedly meets grisly ends, only to be resurrected for the next issue's cover. Writer and artist Fernando Ruiz (best known for his work on Archie) brings a cartoony, classic-horror aesthetic to this meta-satire of both the comics industry and B-movie tropes.
