Detective Conan

About the series
In 1998, Comic Art brought the first twelve issues of Detective Conan to English-speaking readers, adapting the early chapters of Gosho Aoyama’s iconic manga. This series introduced the core premise: teenage genius Shinichi Kudo, shrunk by a poison, now solves crimes as the pint-sized Conan Edogawa while hunting the sinister Black Organization. Though a short run, it was the crucial debut that established the character and tone for a global phenomenon.
