Der Glöckner von Notre-Dame

In 2024, Splitter Verlag launched a new adaptation of Victor Hugo's classic novel Der Glöckner von Notre-Dame, rendered as a graphic novel by the acclaimed French artist Georges Bess. Bess, who also shares writing credit with Harald Sachse, brings his signature painterly style to the tale, with colors by Pia Bess. This ongoing series, currently one issue deep, continues the tradition of transforming Hugo's gothic tragedy into a striking visual narrative.
