Der Buddha des Himmels

From 2011 onward, the German publisher Salleck released Der Buddha des Himmels, a single-issue comic crafted by the celebrated Swiss artist Cosey alongside writer Eckart Schott. This contemplative, visually poetic work brings Cosey’s signature watercolor style to a story that reflects his long-standing fascination with Eastern philosophy and serene landscapes. Though brief in length, it stands as a quiet, evocative entry in his oeuvre, notable for its meditative tone and the delicate interplay between text and image.
