About the series
In the mid-1990s, Revolutionary Comics launched Deepest Dimension, a two-issue painted comic series that pairs the speculative fiction of George Clayton Johnson with the psychedelic, painted art of Daerick Gross. Each issue serves as a standalone, mind-bending journey into altered realities, with the second installment featuring a story by Jay Allen Sanford and art by Spain Rodriguez. A brief but striking experiment in adult-oriented, artist-driven storytelling, it stands as a cult curiosity from the era of independent, non-superhero comics.
