Deadpool Max (2012–present, Marvel) is a satirical, ultra-violent miniseries that reimagines the Merc with a Mouth as a hyper-competent, fourth-wall-shattering agent of chaos in a world of espionage and black ops. Written and drawn by Kyle Baker, the series strips away superhero trappings for a lean, absurdist take on Deadpool’s bloody antics, blending Baker’s signature cartoonish art with dark humor.
