Dead Inside

John Arcudi and Toni Fejzula crafted a taut, five-issue horror series for Dark Horse, following a night-shift security guard at a hospital morgue who discovers he can see and interact with the dead. What begins as a grim, solitary burden quickly escalates into a desperate fight for survival when the corpses around him begin to stir with malevolent intent. Arcudi's grounded, character-driven storytelling pairs perfectly with Fejzula's moody, expressionistic art, making Dead Inside a claustrophobic and unsettling exploration of mortality.
