De Zeemeeuw

Fred de Heij’s De Zeemeeuw is a Dutch comic series that launched in 2008 under the XTRA imprint. Written and drawn entirely by de Heij, the series has so far consisted of a single issue, establishing a distinctive voice and visual style in the Dutch comics landscape. Its place in the medium stems from de Heij’s complete creative control, offering a focused, personal vision from its very first installment.
