In the single-issue series De tekening (2022–present), French cartoonist Marc-Antoine Mathieu crafts a metafictional puzzle for the Dutch publisher Sherpa. Known for his labyrinthine, philosophical comics, Mathieu here distills his signature exploration of drawing itself into a compact, self-contained object.
