Based on the novel by Antonio G. Iturbe, this Dutch comic series adapts the true story of Dita Kraus, a young girl who risked her life to maintain a secret library in Auschwitz. Written by Iturbe, Joke Mayer, and Salva Rubio, with art by Loreto Aroca, the series began in 2024 from publisher Fontein. It matters as a poignant graphic-novel tribute to the resilience of knowledge and humanity in the Holocaust's darkest shadows.
