About the series
In 2024, Lauwert launched De ballade van soldaat Odawaa, a comic series written by Cédric Apikian and Studio K with art by Christian Rossi. Set in a specific, historically-inspired world, the series follows a soldier's journey through conflict and its aftermath, told with a lyrical, character-driven approach.
