Das Monster von Frankenstein

From 1974 to 1976, BSV - Williams published Das Monster von Frankenstein, a 33-issue German comic series that adapted the classic monster story for a new audience. The series was shaped by writers Hartmut Huff, Doug Moench, and Gary Friedrich, with moody, atmospheric art from Val Mayerik, John Buscema, and Mike Ploog. This international collaboration gave the Frankenstein myth a distinct, horror-tinged voice, standing as a notable European take on the iconic creature.
