Das Einhorn

From 2007 to 2012, Splitter Verlag published the four-issue fantasy series Das Einhorn, a German comic that reimagines the unicorn as a savage, majestic beast of legend rather than a gentle symbol. Written primarily by Mathieu Gabella and Tanja Krämling, with vivid, atmospheric art by Anthony Jean, the series explores a medieval world where the hunt for this mythical creature becomes a brutal, character-driven saga.
