Dan Cooper

From 1992 to 1993, Carlsen Comics revived the classic Canadian fighter-pilot series Dan Cooper for a four-issue run, blending original stories by series creator Albert Weinberg with new scripts from German writers Klaus Jöken and Peter Daibenzeiher. Weinberg, the defining artist and co-writer, maintained the strip's signature detailed aviation artwork and airborne adventure. This short-lived but faithful continuation matters as a late-era European comic that kept a beloved francophone character aloft for a new German audience.
