Ethan Van Sciver created, wrote, and drew this one-issue debut for Harris Comics in 1997, introducing a cybernetically enhanced frog soldier in a sci-fi action setting. While the series only produced a single issue in its initial run, it later gained a cult following for its over-the-top, 1990s-style comic aesthetics and Van Sciver's detailed, high-energy artwork.
