About the series
In the late 1990s, French publisher Talent released Cryozone, a two-issue science fiction comic series overseen by artist Denis Bajram. Set in a chilling future where cryogenic preservation has reshaped society, the story explores the moral and existential dilemmas of awakening from a long-frozen sleep. Though brief, this series is notable for Bajram’s meticulous, atmospheric artwork and its thoughtful, hard-SF approach to a classic trope.
