Criminals on the Run

A short-lived, eight-issue series from the late 1940s, Criminals on the Run was a gritty crime comic published by Novelty / Premium / Curtis. Primarily written and drawn by Art Helfant, with additional art by Al McWilliams, the series delivered hard-boiled tales of lawbreakers and their inevitable downfalls.
