Crimebuster

A revival of the classic 1940s Lev Gleason property, Crimebuster (2023–present) reimagines the original Boy Commandos-era hero for a modern audience. Writer-artist Charles Biro, the creator most associated with the character's Golden Age run, returned to helm this single-issue relaunch, blending his signature pulp-influenced storytelling with a contemporary sensibility. Though brief, the series stands as a notable attempt to reintroduce a forgotten crime-fighting icon from comics' early days.
