About the series
In the early 1980s, Danish publisher Interpresse brought Jean Van Hamme and Grzegorz Rosiński's medieval fantasy saga Cormak to a Danish audience, running for just two issues from 1982 to 1985. A translation of the acclaimed Franco-Belgian series Thorgal, it follows the adventures of its mysterious, star-born hero in a richly atmospheric Viking-inspired world. Though brief, this Danish edition is a notable part of the series' international spread, showcasing the powerful, painterly art of Rosiński and the sweeping storytelling of Van Hamme.
