Conan el Bárbaro

In 1978, El Dorado launched Conan el Bárbaro, a Spanish-language adaptation of the iconic Robert E. Howard character that ran for 28 issues. The series is most notable for showcasing the early work of legendary artists Barry Windsor-Smith and Gil Kane, whose dynamic, visceral illustrations brought the Cimmerian's Hyborian adventures to a new audience. As a key entry in the international Conan publishing history, it helped cement the barbarian's global appeal during the late Bronze Age of comics.
