Conan de avonturier

In 2022, Dark Dragon Books launched Conan de avonturier, a Dutch-language comic series that adapts Robert E. Howard's original Conan stories with a fresh, modern sensibility. The creative team—led by writer Ben Kamphuis and artist Jean-Luc Masbou, with contributions from Olivier Vatine and Paolo Martinello—brings a vivid, European comics sensibility to the Cimmerian's savage adventures. Over its six-issue run, the series stands out for its fidelity to Howard's prose while offering a distinct visual take on the Hyborian Age.
