About the series
Common Grounds (2004–present, Image) is a six-issue anthology series from writer Troy Hickman that imagines a world where superheroes and villains alike unwind at a chain of coffee shops. With art duties shared by Dan Jurgens, Angel Medina, and Ethan Van Sciver, the series uses the humble setting of a diner to explore the quieter, more human moments of super-powered lives.
