Comic Spiegel Extra

A short-lived two-issue series from Reiner-Feest-Verlag, Comic Spiegel Extra (1985–1986) offered a German-published showcase of European bande dessinée talent, with stories written by Bernd Leibowitz, Frank Giroud, and Marc Malès, and illustrated by Jean-Paul Dethorey and Malès himself. It served as a brief but notable window into the cross-pollination of Franco-Belgian and German comic traditions during the mid-80s.
