Consolidated Press’s Color-Comics ran for just two issues in 1939, a brief but vivid entry in the early Golden Age of comic books. Known for its striking, full-color covers and interior pages at a time when many comics still used limited palettes, the series showcased a mix of adventure, humor, and fantasy strips. Though it didn’t last, its short run offers a snapshot of the experimental, pre-superhero era of American comics publishing.
