Cliffhanger Comics

From 1989 to 1990, AC Comics revived the classic adventure strip Cliffhanger as a four-issue series, bringing together the talents of writers Jordi Ensign and Mark G. Heike with artists John Rosenberger, Carl Pfeufer, and Ensign himself. This short-lived run features a rotating cast of pulp and newspaper-strip heroes, including Red Pennington, The Scorpion, Commander Don Winslow, and Bob Barton, offering a nostalgic tribute to the action-packed serials of the 1930s and '40s.
