Civil War II

Marvel's Civil War II (2017–present) is a single-issue event series written by Brian Michael Bendis with art by Jim Cheung, revisiting the superhero-registration conflict through a new prism of predictive justice. When a new Inhuman emerges with the ability to foresee future crimes, Spider-Man, Captain America, Hawkeye, and the Hulk are among the heroes forced to choose sides in a debate over preemptive action versus civil liberties.
